Industry Immersion = Field Days at a homebuilding jobsite to learn basic skills focused on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Construction 101
Career Track: Opportunity to interview with Trade Partners that commit available careers to our Builders Bridge Navigator cohort
Fast Track: 90 day evaluation period to ensure you receive proper onboarding, training and development with Builders Bridge support and mentorship.
Alumni Program: After 6 months of employment, we welcome you into our alumni program which is a group of young professionals actively working in the industry. Builders Bridge provides upskilling opportunities
