About the program
Pathway to Success
Our unique Navigator Program just might be the jumpstart you need for a career in the homebuilding industry. This opportunity is a pathway that’s both encouraging and challenging; It offers on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to equip young adults with the necessary personal and professional skills. We offer a Spring and Summer Cohort in Charlotte.

Development Days
Personal development on how to be a good employee, storytelling, job place etiquette, SMART goals, resiliency, etc.
PROGRAM Feature
Industry Immersion
Field Days at a homebuilding jobsite to learn basic skills focused on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Construction 101 taught by industry professionals.
PROGRAM FEATURE
Career Track
After completing development days and industry immersion, participants have the opportunity to interview for a an available career with one of our many Trade Partners.
PROGRAM FEATURE
Fast Track
90 day evaluation period to ensure you receive proper onboarding, training and development with Builders Bridge support and mentorship. Builders Bridge meets with hired individual every 30 days to ensure metrics and expectations are being met.
Alumni Program
After 6 months of employment, we welcome you into our alumni program which is a group of young professionals actively working in the industry. Builders Bridge provides upskilling opportunities.

Application & Interview
Utilize the Builder Bridge Application via the website. This process is about 45 minutes. You will participate in a one hour interview to determine if you meet qualifications and are in the right state of life.

Development Days
Four weeks of personal development instruction in class M - Friday from 9am - 3pm. Every Wednesday is a Field Day on a jobsite that exposes participants to the industry and available job expectations.

Hiring Expo
At the completion of the Development Days, candidates and Trade Partners attend a Hiring Expo evening in which they conduct interviews and are matched with preferred jobs.

Fast Track 30-30-30
Fast Track is the first phase of the career track. This is a 90 day evaluation period in which you will receive a review with your supervisor and Builders Bridge every 30 days to ensure your success and address any potential concerns.

Build More Celebration
At the completion of 6 months, you will receive an invitation to our Build More Celebration to signify your success and welcome you as an alumni to future Builders Bridge employees.
