Our Programs

Navigator Program
Our unique Navigator Program offers on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to students starting at age 16. Learn from local and regional tradespeople who are experts in their respective trades.

Immersion Tours
We offer students half-day and/or full-day opportunities to tour a job site, meet industry leaders, and learn about homebuilding industry careers from trade partners.

Video Curriculum
We offer a video curriculum that is designed to support high school teachers and counselors, students, and families in the search for job opportunities and careers in this high-growth industry.
