Immersion
We offer students half-day and/or full-day opportunities to tour a job site, meet industry leaders, and learn about homebuilding industry careers from trade partners.
There’s no better feeling than finding the right pathway for a young person and his or her future; a pathway that speaks to their talent, personality, and goals; an opportunity that challenges, encourages, and teaches, allowing them to grow beyond their own expectations into a career.

We offer a video curriculum that is designed to support high school teachers and counselors, students, and families in the search for job opportunities and careers in this high-growth industry.
Internship
Our unique internship program offers on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to students starting at age 16. Learn from local and regional tradespeople who are experts in their respective trades.
