Charlotte Electrical JATC is a Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee (JATC) program based on the electrical training ALLIANCE curriculum and consists of: 900 classroom hours over four years of study, training and examinations; and 8,000 hours over four years of paid on-the-job training.

About the Organization:
The mission of The ROC (Rebuilding Opportunities in Construction) is to recruit, educate and mentor high school students in Charlotte, NC for Career and Technical Education (CTE) and employment opportunities in the construction industry. Junior and seniors from selected Title 1 schools on the west side of Charlotte will participate in The ROC program.

About the Organization:
The Relatives is a system of resources that helps children and youth find shelter and support. The Youth Crisis Center, On Ramp Resource Center, and Housing programs keep kids safe and families together. The Relatives serves as the Safe Place agency for Mecklenburg County and the surrounding area, partnering with local businesses to ensure young people in need have access to immediate help and supportive resources.
